How do I delete my ayvia account?
You can initiate account deletion directly from within ayvia through your Profile and account settings.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the password-reset option on the ayvia sign-in screen. A recovery link will be sent to the email associated with your account.
I found a bug or something is not working.
Email support@ayviaapp.com with a description of what happened. Screenshots, your iPhone model and the steps that led to the issue can be especially helpful.
How do I report an inaccurate AI response?
Contact support@ayviaapp.com with as much context as you are comfortable sharing. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not necessary to investigate the issue.
