our story

I could track everything.
I still didn’t know what to do next.

ayvia was built from a problem that felt strangely normal: having more wellness data than ever, but still not having enough context to understand what it meant.

the starting point 5 apps.

Plenty of tracking. One question left unanswered:

“Okay… what do I actually do with all of this?”
why ayvia exists

the problem was never a lack of information.

For years, I used different health and wellness apps to keep track of different pieces of my life. One for food. Another for workouts. Another for water or habits. Another to look at progress. I was doing what so many of us are told to do: track more, stay consistent, pay attention.

But the more I tracked, the more fragmented it felt. Every app could give me another number, graph, streak or goal. Very few helped me understand how those pieces connected — or what I should actually take away from them.

I realized I didn’t need five places showing me five separate versions of my day. I wanted one place that could help me see the bigger picture.

a note from the founder

Guresha Singh

Founder, ayvia

That is why I created ayvia.

I wanted wellness technology to do more than collect information. I wanted it to help you understand the information you are already putting in — your nutrition, movement, hydration, habits, progress and the questions that come up along the way.

ayvia is designed to bring those pieces into one calmer space, so tracking becomes the beginning of the experience instead of the end of it. The goal is not to tell you how to live your life or make every decision for you. It is to give you enough context to understand your patterns and feel clearer about what to do next.

It is the kind of app I wish I had when I had five different apps open and still felt like I was missing the answer.

what we believe

wellness should feel easier to understand.

ayvia is being built around a few ideas that shape every feature we make.

01

one place, not five

Your everyday wellness information is more useful when the pieces can live together instead of across disconnected tools.

02

context over more numbers

Tracking matters, but the real value comes from understanding patterns and turning information into something useful.

03

guidance without perfection

Wellness should support real life. ayvia is built to help you make informed choices without turning every day into a scorecard.

coming december 1

one place for the pieces of wellness that used to live everywhere.

ayvia is in its final beta ahead of public launch on iPhone.
